Develop time series, forecasting, anomaly detection, and user behavior models to solve complex product problems
Define KPIs, build analytical tools, and models to help teams make efficient and impactful decisions in growing/retaining emoty.AI’s customers
Work with machine learning engineers and PMs to validate hypotheses, implement AB testing, and drive actionable strategies
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Data Science, Business Analytics, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields; Master degree is a plus
Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2022.
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses in easy to understand ways or A strong track record of identifying key business questions, performing analyses, and communicating impactful findings in a clear and concise way.
A solid grasp of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)
Expert experience developing large and complex data pipelines using SQL
Familiar with Python or R
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Amplitude) and event logging
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, learn autonomously, and highly organized
Experience with time series, forecasting, anomaly detection models
Ability to approach problems creatively and build structures out of ambiguous requests
